  26. I think tattoos are tacky - I'm glad I resisted getting one in the euphoria of my younger days. That said, alot of Women need to realize that as they get older and their breasts start to "obey" gravity and their skins get less elastic, the taatoos are bound to change "font" - then they would look a hot mess.
