There have been peaceful protests in Lekki today concerning the toll gate fees, until the police stepped in and it became bloody a source just disclosed. Some of the protesters were beaten blue black by the police, while some have been arrested. This is still very much on going our source says.
Some youths are alleging Governor Fashola moved a mobile court in for immediate trial/sentencing of Lekki protesters without any legal representation. We really hope this is not true. Can anyone reach the Governor in order to control the ongoing crisis before it gets out of hand? Pic of injured victims above and below

Gospel artist Kenny St. Brown has appeared in her first movie ever. The singer who intends to take this to the next level is so happy to have featured alongside known actors in a new flick titled Family on Fire.
It was really interesting. I didn’t have much problem saying my lines because of the wonderful people I worked with. They really helped me a lot. The executive producer was quite encouraging. She said.

Osita a.k.a pawpaw right behind Aki on his wedding day
You all have read the headline. And that is what I read somewhere. They say the guy whose best friend, Aki just got married, is under pressure to tie the knot as family and friends can’t wait for his big day.
We also heard he was quoted to have said, he will be taking one of his girlfriend’s serious in order to be able to achieve this purpose. Oh welllll……….
He is a socialite. Apart from that, he does not have the spiritual means. Awolowo did not spend money for people to follow him before they followed him blindly. Asiwaju Bola Tinubu does not have the spiritual means to be Yoruba leader.
You can’t be a Yoruba leader to the extent that you can say go and give some one N500m because you want to capture a state. You don’t buy peoples conscience to be a leader in Yoruba land. It’s a matter of time. Awolowo did it without money.

The building which is painted all-white is said to be one of the best houses around there. The FCMB chairman according to sources might be spending his xmas and new year days there with his family. We also learnt the structure is almost the same with his Ijebu Ode mansion. Good things.
Despite the concerns raised by different groups and individuals, President Jonathan will, tomorrow, present the 2012 Budget to the National Assembly excluding the provision for fuel subsidy.
In her two appearances before the Senate Joint Committees on Appropriation, Finance and Petroleum Resources (Downstream) for the public hearing on The Operations of the Fuel Subsidy Scheme in Nigeria, the Minister of Petroleum represented the Federal Government's position as follows:
The fuel subsidy structure is inefficient, costing us N600bn ($3.75bn) in 2010 and N1.3 trillion ($8.125bn) from Jan“ October 2011. The Federal Government cannot continue to pay as its unsustainable. By removing the subsidy, the savings will be used to provide critical infrastructure and services. Currently, only a small percentage of Nigerians (the marketers, middle & upper-class Nigerians) benefit. When removed, more Nigerians will benefit.
Sifax boss, Taiwo Afolabi as you read this has shut down his London night club. Reason for this action according to a source is that, Mr Taiwo is not pleased with the way those he left to take care of the club have managed it so far. Hence, he decided to have it shut down in order not to run into many more loss. The club is estimated to be $3.2M. This is definitely not good news for London fun loving people.

This lady is a prostitute and was picked up by a man to spend the night with him. After having a nice time together, she drugged his drink and made away with his Blackberry phone, wristwatch and little cash. The guy contacted another lady, who later called the (prostitute) on phone pretending to be an old friend she forgot and told her there was a new guy in town who just returned from the US and needs a babe. She fell for the trap and when she got to V.I the said location, she was arrested by a Mopol, the lady and guy had hired.
She was arrested and she confessed stealing the said items because she had a sick mum at home. They followed her to her one bedroom apartment and found her mum lying there sick.
Was she right to have stolen the items to be able to take care of her mother?
They took this pic outside, probably a club. They are both aware the third person is about to take their picture. Since they want us to see it, that’s not a problem. I have got a free platform here to showcase them. Here we go…
Please wish them success in their new found interest. Especially the lady, cuz the guy’s ‘what have you’ is well covered up in his pants, lol.
