  4. Alafin of Oyo. Not Alafin of Nigeria. The queen is for England and not for a particular state. Alafin is for Oyo only not Nigeria. Our leaders are very reckless with our money.

Why must everyone who is yellow be labeled bleacher? My mum na SU, she doesn't even know what bleaching cream is and is very light skinned.

  8. And who told you his visit concerns the fire episode? Kings visit Aso rock all the time, they are an integral part of governance

BTW, that over-forward PA should be sacked. See how she struggled to the front when she's supposed to be behind her principal

first rule to bleachers start with your knuckle, knees and elbows, feet first before proceeding to the other parts of your body.

  13. as a yoruba man ,my first reaction when i saw this pic was sight…this boa doesn't realise that his actions and the way he treats the traditional institution he is a custodian of while reflect and reverberate for centuries..the queen of england makes sure to adhere to the standards left hundreds of years ago even at the risk of her own discomfort..the recent change in succession law which would have favoured a female child like her was criticised by prince charles simply because of the historical precedent and how it will affect the royal family in future…
theres nothing wrong in kabiyesi marrying a younger olori, but the tattoo and yellow paw paw ish is desecrating the insitutio he is a custodian of…i am more than sure that the next alaafin must be exposed, educated, wealthy and a man of principles

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. No comparison between the two institutions (the Queen and Alaafin.)

I think the lady is their PA as someone mentioned earlier. It looks like she's carrying the Olori's gold bag. What if the tattoo is the face of the Alaafin? Isn't that ultimate loyalty? *winks*

The Oba is exposed. His Dad was the previous ruler and thus has that royal pedigree, he studied law and he's quite liberal (Chrislam.)

The principles part, I don't know. He does have many iyawos and he likes them light skinned. I'm sure they give him women as gifts and he marries them. Traditional ruler-ship has a way of dulling a lot of their life achievements.

GEJ would have compensated him, no doubt.

    2. where did you see tattoo?

    3. I dont think the tatooed one is olori

true sha,but he could have given the alaafin position a lot of prestige considering the pedestal oyo has been amongst yorubas and yoruba lovers world wide..even though i dont like ooni of ife you can see he has tried his best to model his time as close to the royal family as possible even when he is in the united kingdom he ll use the vintage cars and even re designed his mayfair mansion similar to a royal palace lol
agree about his liberal and accommodating nature but didn't for the life of me realise he studied law lool that ll be a new one alaafin tattoo as fashion statement looool
definitely obasanjo's stance is causing wahala in gej camp so he is desperate to look for a force to checkmate him in the southwest come 2015

    5. @anon
you r right the pa is the one with the chest tattoo but the olori too is sporting a small one notice the space between the thumb the hand she is eating the beads on…i used magnifying glasses lol

    6. My favourite Yoruba traditional rulers are the Alaafin and Awujale. They say it as it is. I liked Oba Oyekan when he was alive. Ooni's extra is just too much. The "superior" ruler. Kudos to him because he's revered in Cuba, Brazil, Haiti etc. I read that one of the main reasons Oyo State was split was to separate them in Oyo and Osun.

I just noticed that mark on the Olori. Is it possibly a tattoo? Funky Mama.

Oyo is always hot; wild, wild, west. Not only for the presidential election but remember Ajumobi is in ACN. I think OBJ will leave these rulers and collude with the Northerners to fight GEJ.

wherever he lives both can be easily confused for someone who is not resident and only went there twice several years ago all i know is that i have been to the house before..(if you claim to know them here is evidence which i even have pics of)does the names deji F mean anything to you?im friends with him and his wife(if you know who she is) and went to the house in company of him and about 6 other mutual friends of deremi as well.. why would i lie about that when I'm not getting paid for it

    10. @ginika
me too, plus i like how endearing and laid back the boa is especially allafin…you would never believe the man is the alaafin watching him interact with people from all works of life unlike the ooni of ife his own shakara both in nigeria and abroad is even more than that of the queen of england…him and esama igbinedion lool

yes there was a time fidel castro himself would pay private visits to ooni directly in ife without getting to aso rock when he was still fit..
you r right oyo has always been a hot bed of violence..hmmm he will have a hard time contending with objas well as the north there is no way he will succeed that old wizard of a man is like an octopus with networks and powers both spiritual and physical in places we can't even begin to imagine
