“Positive change is on the way, but you can only enjoy this change if you collect your permanent voters’ cards and vote for APC candidates in all the upcoming elections.
“Do not be swayed by cheap incentives from politicians who will only perpetuate corruption; your vote is your might, use it wisely,” she said.
The wife of the vice-presidential candidate, Mrs Osinbajo, while addressing the women said that the people of the South East had made sacrifices in the past with no commensurate benefit, but if APC is elected in, the trend would change.
And Tiwa just spiced up the song even more. Yea, it’s a song you will listen to and thank me for bringing it your way. Too cool.

The Nigerian Presidency has dismissed an editorial by a UK-based magazine, Economist, in which the paper described the president as a failed leader and endorsed Muhammadu Buhari, his chief rival in the forthcoming elections.
According to the paper, while President Jonathan has utterly failed as the president, with no capacity to tackle growing insurgency and widespread corruption, Buhari is a former dictator with blood on his hands. But not withstanding it is better to vote for a dictator than a failed president, the paper said.
2Face Idibia has suggested that Pidgin English be introduced in Nigerian schools to aid communication and transfer knowledge to kids in rural areas who use Pidgin English as their second language.
The Afro-pop icon gave this opinion at the MTV Base #ChooseOrLose Roundtable which will premiere this Friday.
“For me, they can gather some linguistic professors and let them package pidgin English properly,” he said, acknowledging that this may be the most effective way of tackling the education deficit in parts of the country with a language barrier.
Should I Stay With A Divorced Father Of 3, My Helper, Or Go With My Single Guy- Single Mom Wants To Know
Hi Ladun, nice job you are doing there. I am an ardent reader of your blog, therefore i would like to go anonymous on this. I will try my best to make it brief and kindly post it as i am in a confused state.
I am a single mom to the most adorable girl in the world. My little princess is 5yrs old while i will be clocking 34yrs in August. I am in a relationship with a guy who is also a single father to 3 adorable kids. We have a thing for each other and what we share is something that friends around me envy, but there is a 'BUT'. The but is his baby mama’s constant brouhaha. Since she knew of his current relationship, she has been a pain in the ass. My man called her and told her to move on, since two of them are now separated and have stopped talking to each other before she now surfaced when I got into his life, but she has refused.

The All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari in an interview published on Reuters on Friday has said it will be too bad if the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, allows itself to be compromised to shift the general election or allow irregularities in the voting process. According to Buhari he is very optimistic that he will be winning the forthcoming election.
“I’m optimistic that I won’t lose. But we signed an undertaking that it will be violence – free. We are attempting to stabilise a multi – party democratic system.
“There will be no delay. But if INEC is compromised then it will be too bad,” Buhari said.
The growing speculation that the elections might be postponed speaks volumes of someone’s election jitters. But who will it benefit most between Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) and President Goodluck Jonathan if the elections are postponed? The Independent National Electoral Commission had four years to prepare for February elections. How come it waited till the 11th hour to start distributing PVCs? Nawa ooo.
People should know that no amount of scheming and manoeuvring can stop Nigerians now. The much clamoured change must be achieved, especially now that the masses have become more politically conscious and every discuss around the country over the past few weeks has been centred on politics. Politicians who have been blinded to the plight of the people should realise that mere rhetoric won’t cut it for them anymore. Nigerians are demanding for a change. The people are not smiling anymore. Whether it is a new regime taking over or a return of the incumbent, whoever takes the seat better know that a better Nigeria is non negotiable anymore.
President Jonathan as you read this is at Redemption camp. The president came in with his entourage and he was ushered to the front roll. Jonathan who met Osinbajo seated in front took out time to shake hands with the Redeemed Pastor and APC’s vice-presidential candidate.

"I am interested in this service because it’s close to election, I am not here to campaign, you know very well that daddy G.O will not allow his altar to be used for campaign. I want to assure you that we will soon smile as a nation. I am here to thank you for your prayers….we pray for peace in the presidential, state and all the elections. Thanks mama G.O for the prayers for Nigeria," he said. See more photos after the cut.

Hehehe some of you in the post below already said you will kill your mother in law if she dares put a tribal mark on your child’s face without your consent. Some said one person must go and meet papa God, while some said she will forever live to regret it, Lol. This LL reader says hers is very similar because she got her tribal marks from her Dad’s aunt while her parents were at work. She said she is the only one with the mark in her family, but the good part is that she is now pretty with it. Hear her;
Well, my story was almost same. Got mine from my Dad's Aunt while my parents were at work! Though am pretty with it, but I had to ask my parents cos am the only one with a mark in my family.
Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed has denied reports in a section of the media that he shunned a debate organised by the State Joint Labor Congress yesterday in Ilorin.

New mom, Laide Bakare who has become a mom for the 3rd time visited hiptv studio recently where she hinted that she attended New York film academy while away in the States. Laide also used the opportunity to talk about how the academy made her love music, something she was never interested in. Hear her;
“It’s an inspiration from New York film academy. When I was studying film making, I got to appreciate and understand music more than ever. Because I have been in the industry for so long and it has been movies all the way, am not a music person but right there at the New York movie academy I got to study a whole lot about music and I tend to appreciate music. Looking back here in Nigeria, there are a lot of young talent who are willing to showcase what they have and they don’t really have platform for it because most record labels are like cabals it’s difficult to break in so am gonna take up the challenge and establish a record label for upcoming talents and sell them to the whole world”.

Jonathan Will Be Nigeria’s Last Civilian President & There Will Also Be An Interim Government- Prophet
Royal House of David Ministry’s Prophet Godfrey Gbujie yesterday told newsmen in Owerri that President Goodluck Jonathan will be the last civilian president to rule Nigeria before another civil war breaks out. He said a lot of ‘scaring’ things that I don’t even know where to start writing it from. But Nationalmirroronline who first reported it puts it this way;
Let us admit it – we have never seen any President so besotted with entertainment like Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, especially the movie-making sector. And this is not a satire. Yes, his detractors may point at “weakness” for entertainment as a signpost of an unserious mind frittering the commonwealth on ‘joli-joli’ matters!
Even the opposition may grumble loudly that the lively engagement with the Nollywood is essentially exploitative and window-dressing – to the detriment of more important and critical sectors of the national economy.
