Popular comedian, Lepacious Bose has spoken about her weight loss attributing it to dieting saying it has nothing to do with liposuction.

According to Bose who weighed 200kg before shedding some, now weighs 80kg and says it was strictly a natural diet and has nothing to do with liposuction like many have said. She also went ahead saying, it took her a year and half to lose her first 70kg and she is glad she did. Here’s what the comedian told Saturday Beats;

“Nothing motivated me to begin a weight loss programme. It was just time and I felt like doing something different. I like it when people speculate that I went for liposuction but the truth of the matter is that it took me a year and half to lose 70kg. If a liposuction can achieve that, then I should not pay that kind of doctor because a liposuction works faster. If it took me one and a half years to lose 70kg, then I wasted my money on the doctor. It occurred to me to perform liposuction and I spoke to the doctors about it. Continue...

I Will Move Fully Into God’s Ministry When He Calls Me- Terry G

Music act Terry G has said he will be going into the gospel of the Lord fully once He calls him. He says, as a matter of fact, he knows the secular music he is doing is not a permanent thing because God has called him to work for Him. According to Terry, he has started the work, but has not only just gone fully into it, but one day, he will quit secular music and be totally of God. Below is what he told Daily Post;

“By God’s grace; it has been prophesied that God is going to use me to prophesy to multitudes, and I think I’m already doing that in a way, but when God calls me at the right time, I will go for it fully.”
The singer, describing his journey into secular music, said “Sometimes, you need to put yourself in people’s shoes. When a preacher is preaching to you, and you already know all what he is going to say, it might not sound interesting.

“I think God knows why He chose a path for everybody because if you look at it, everybody has done gospel music at some point; it worked for some people, and didn’t work for some. That is because we have different purposes in life. I’m only doing this (secular music) temporarily,” he said.

Fayose Makes U-Turn, Seeks Support For ‘Political Enemy’, Fayemi To Become Minister

Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, has urged Senators from the state to give former governor, Kayode Fayemi, whom he defeated at the State’s last Governorship election, the needed support so he can have an easy passage through the ministerial screening slated for next week at the Senate.

Mr. Fayose said this during a meeting with student leaders from the state under the aegis of Federation of Ekiti Student Union in Ado-Ekiti  yesterday.

“Ekiti is my priority. I call on all the House of Representatives members and senators that went to Abuja from here, some people petitioned the National Assembly stating how Fayemi sank Ekiti into heavy debts, I have told the members not to do that. It is God that judges people, not us. You must support him there. They should not go to the Senate and oppose Kayode Fayemi, no, they must never do that. An Ekiti man is an Ekiti man. I appeal to everybody, you must support him,” he said.

Anyone understands this? Fayose and Fayemi have always been sworn political enemies and Fayose was the one that unseated Fayemi as the Governor of Ekiti State. Aside that he had called him out severally alleging different cases against him. I still don’t understand, this is not about forgiveness, mba. Who understands?

Indian Hospitals Refuse To Operate On Fat People & We Think Their Reason Is WEIRD

"You are overweight" doctors tell patients in Delhi, India.  This has to be one of the weirdest excuses for a hospital not admitting a patient.  Two of Delhi’s well-known government-run hospitals, LNJP and GB Pant, have decided to not perform surgeries on patients above 80 kg. The reason: their operation tables are too old and rickety.

The bizarre saga began when operating doctors at the LNJP hospital found that the table was shaking ominously under one of their patient’s weight. Moments later, the table broke and the patient, who was under anaesthesia, fell on the floor. The surgery was somehow completed and a life saved, but the episode left the Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) and its associated LNJP and GB Pant hospital doctors shaken and perplexed.

But so many Indians have kicked against their excuse asking for it to be fixed, knowing 13 per cent of India’s 1.2 billion population could be suffering from obesity.
