This is the revolting moment a girl pops a six-year-old pimple. The lump had appeared on the child's ear when she was two and diagnosed as a growth. However, when it turned out to be a big ball of crusty pus she took matters into her own hands.

The mobile phone footage show the goo come out like silly string and hang, hardened, from her deflated lobe.


Her mum, off camera can be heard saying: "I've never seen anything like this," unable to control a slight undertone of disgust in her voice. She adds her daughter must have "lost about four pounds" as she dabs away a long worm of pus. She posted the bizarre footage on YouTube where it has been seen 120,000 times. More photos below….

Spain's Mireia Lalaguna Royo has been named the winner of the Miss World 2015 competition Saturday night in the southern Chinese island resort of Sanya. She was handed the crown by last year's winner Rolene Strauss of South Africa.

Miss Russia, Sofia Nikitchuk, was named first runner up while Miss Indonesia, Maria Harfanti, was second runner up. The trio had battled it out with Miss Jamaica and Miss Lebanon as the final five after the remaining women lost out.


Miss Spain comes from Barcelona and is currently studying pharmacy with the aim of setting up a business in nutricion.

Fight Breaks Out At IDP Camp Over Donation Of Relief Items From Non- Governmental Organisation

A fight broke out today at the Internally Displaced Persons camp in Kuchigoro, near games village in Abuja over the distribution of relief items.

The camp holds hundreds of people displaced from north east states affected by the Boko Haram insurgency.

Residents of the camp clashed over items donated by a nongovernmental organisation, a witness said. It was unclear if anyone was injured.

Obama Appoints Nigerian Into Human Trafficking Council

Barack Obama, the United States President has named a Nigerian-American journalist and Anti-human Trafficking advocate, Bukola Oriola as a member of the US Advisory Council on Human Trafficking.

In a statement by the office of the Press Secretary, White House on December 16, Obama said he was honoured that Oriola and 10 others appointed to serve in the council have decided to serve the country.

“They bring their years of experience and expertise to this Administration, and I look forward to working with them,” Obama stated.

“After birth, I avoided fatty, oily and solid meals. All I did was drink hot liquid meals for a week with very light meals. And then, I did exercises on my tummy. I didn’t give it a break and I always drank very hot pepper soup made by my mum. Pepper soup is medicinal and that did the magic for me. I did pelvic bone exercise, it is good to exercise the first week after birth because then the tummy fat is still very tender and will be easy to burn” she said.

Angry Single Men Stage Anti-Christmas Rally In Tokyo

Anti-Christmas protesters calling themselves "Losers with Women" marched through Tokyo's streets today, bashing the upcoming holiday as a capitalist ploy that also discriminates against singletons.

The group of about 20, part of the Communist-inspired group that routinely protests Western holidays marched under angry banners that read "Smash Christmas!" in Tokyo's Shibuya district, where couples and families strolled for holiday shopping.

The scrooges’ mostly single men, said they were against capitalism and were opposed to the commercialisation of Christmas.

Kano-based patent medicine dealer has been sentenced to a four-year prison term with an option of N450,000 fine for stockpiling a large consignment of Tramadol Hydrochloride.

Gerald Ohuruzo, 42, was arrested at the Sabon Gari market after his secret warehouse was discovered by officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency working on a tip-off.

Mr. Ohuruzo pleaded guilty on Monday before Judge F.O Riman, the anti-narcotics agency said in a statement Friday.

Court Orders 6 Traffic Offenders To Forfeit Their Vehicles To Lagos Government (Pictured)

A court has ordered six traffic offenders who pleaded guilty to traffic offences after being arrested by Governor Ambode’s convoy to forfeit their vehicles to the State Government. Aside that, the court also sent four out of the six people to six months in prison, but gave an option of fine of N50,000 each. The remaining two were also sentenced to two months in prison but the court gave one an option of fine of N30,000 and the other N5,000. 

Suspected Terrorist Group Hack Lagos, Court Of Appeal, Websites

A suspected terrorist group on Friday hacked the official website of the Lagos State Government and that of the Court of Appeal and boldly placed a message saying the Government are ‘terrorists’.

The message placed on the website read;

“In the name of God, Message to Nigeria Government and State Sponsors of Terrorism (USA, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar): Boko Haram and ISIS are terrorists. They are killing Muslims and innocent people because of your dirty money, hey Nigeria Government you killed thousands of Muslims and specially Zakzaky’s family too. You are all terrorists, You are all murders, God damn you!

Buhari Sacks 2000 University Workers

The Senior Staff Association of the Nigerian Universities has called for an indefinite strike on December 24, 2015 to protest a recent decision of the Federal Government to sack 2,000 university workers across the country by January, 2016.

The National President of SSANU, Mr. Samson Ugwoke, said during a press briefing in Abuja on Friday that the National Salaries, Income and Wages Commission, and the National Universities Commission had written letters of termination to 2,000 members of staff of the universities.

Ugwoke said that the senior staff union of the universities had already dispatched letters to the Ministry of Education, the NUC and the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission to withdraw the letters of termination issued to varsity workers of the University of Ilorin, Federal University of Technology, Akure, Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto and others.

Naira Strengthens Against Dollar At Parallel Market For The First Time In Weeks

The naira yesterday strengthened against the dollar after weeks of free fall at the parallel market. The currency gained N10 to exchange at N270 to the dollar after it nosedived to N280 on Thursday. At the official interbank window, it gained N0.03 to close at N196.97 to the dollar. 

Remove Fuel Subsidy Now, Tinubu Tells FG

Former governor of Lagos state and a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has asked for the immediate removal fuel subsidy. Tinubu made the demand while speaking yesterday in Kaduna at the 10th memorial anniversary of late Dr. Bala Usman, a politician, and former lecturer with Ahmadu Bello University, ABU, Zaria. Tinubu asked that the people be subsidized instead, His words;

“In a perfect world, I wish we could sanitize the subsidy regime and thus continue with it. However, I have reached the conclusion that there are too many demons in the system for that hell to be turned into heaven.

“It is better that we remove it, not for the austere purpose of saving money but to use the money more wisely that we might better save the people. Let us begin a process of a thoughtful, but decisive subsidy phase-out.

3 Konga Staff Divert Truck Loaded With Phones To Unknown Destination

Three staff of an online retail outlet, Konga, on Friday appeared before a Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos, for allegedly stealing 500 units of Infinix Hot2 mobile phone valued at N9.6 million.

The men, Ibrahim Maradesa; 31, Oluwatoyin Salau; 41, and Jerry Idenudia; 27, who all reside at Ogba area of Lagos, are standing trial on a two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing.

The Prosecutor, Insp. Roman Unuigbe, told the court that the accused committed the offence on Nov. 4, at about 6:00p.m., at No. 36, Cocoa Road, Ogba, Lagos. Unuigbe alleged that the accused stole 500 units of Infinix Hot2 16 GB12 valued at N9.6 million, property of Konga online retailer.

Boko Haram Now Planning Abduction For Ransom, FG Warns

The Federal Government on Friday issued a security alert that Boko Haram terrorists were planning another sensational abduction of pupils/students or foreigners in a desperate effort to raise funds through ransom.

The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, said this in a statement issued in Abuja by his Special Adviser on Media, Mr Segun Adeyemi.

Police Ban Religious Processions In Sokoto

The police in Sokoto have banned indefinitely all forms of processions by all religious groups across the 23 local government areas of the state.

This is contained in a statement by the spokesman of the state police command, El-Mustapha Sani, and issued to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Sokoto on Friday.

“The action is to maintain law and order in the state and the country, in view of the recent obnoxious happenings in some parts of Nigeria.

“This is also in order not to allow hoodlums to hijack such processions by any religious groups.

Creepy Picture Shows 'Ghost Caught On Camera In Dark Cemetery During Halloween'

Paranormal investigators claim to have captured incredible shots of a ghost in a graveyard - taken on Halloween night. The ghost geeks were in the grounds of a 175-year-old church when they heard a whining sound.

After pictures were developed, they saw an 'anomaly' which they believe is truly a visitor from the afterlife.

Four members of Sydney South West Paranormal Investigators team were at the ghost-spotting expedition at St Bartholomew’s Cemetery in west Sydney, Australia when the incident occured.

The church, which was built in 1841 and destroyed by fire in 1989, has long since been believed to be haunted. The team told The Daily Telegraph that they were near a grave when they heard the sound.

Shi’ite Leader, El-Zakzaky Not In Our Custody- Army

The Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Tukur Buratai, has disclosed that the arrested Shi’ite sect leader, Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zak-Zaky, is no longer in the custody of the Army.

Buratai said this when he met with a delegation from the Nigerian Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs (NSCIA) at the Army Headquarters in Abuja yesterday.

“As a responsible and law abiding organisation, we will do all that we can to always safeguard lives and property. As for the whereabouts of the Shi’ite leader, he is not in our custody; he has been handed over to the appropriate authorities for prosecution because we don’t prosecute. What happened was avoidable and unfortunate, we followed the rules of engagement as enshrined in the constitution but what happened still happened,” he said.

Buratai also dismissed claims in some quarters that the Army was after members of the sect.

Kogi: Why We Couldn’t Choose Audu’s Son As His Replacement- APC

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, John Odigie-Oyegun has explained that the party decided to pick Yahaya Bello, the current governor-elect to replace late Abubakar Audu in order to avoid “legal pitfalls”.

Speaking during a reconciliatory meeting with all relevant APC groups from Kogi east district on Thursday in Abuja, Mr. Odigie-Oyegun said the party took the decision knowing that some persons might feel offended but quickly added that the decision was taken in the best interest “of a group that was on the doorstep of victory”.

“So in the circumstance, we did what we interpreted legally as the best way out of the jam we were in, always having our eyes on the Peoples Democratic Party and what they may likely bring up in court,” he said.

One time Governor of Oyo State, Alao Akala, who emerged 3rd at the April 11 Governorship polls in Oyo State has said he is finalizing his plans of decamping to APC. Akala was in PDP for many years, but decamped shortly to Labour Party when he failed in his bid to win the party’s governorship ticket for the April, 2015 polls.

Akala however disclosed this at the residence of Governor Ajumobi (his arch political rival) when he visited him yesterday to congratulate him on his victory at the Appeal court. Ladoja who came second in the polls had dragged the Governor to court questioning his victory.

EFCC Arrests Stallion MD For N1.25bn Gift To Yuguda

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested the Managing Director of Stallion Group, Harprrie Singh, over an alleged N1.25bn gift to former Minister of State for Finance, Bashir Yuguda.

Investigation revealed that the conglomerate was among some companies that were being investigated by the EFCC in connection with the arms purchase under the former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd.).

It was learnt that the EFCC’s task force, investigating the arms procurement scandal, invited Singh when his company’s name came up in an investigation into a transaction between the former NSA and Jabbama company, a Bureau De Change operator.

Naira Continues To Fall Drastically.... Now 280

The naira which was previously N269 against the United States dollar at the parallel market on Wednesday has crashed drastically to N280 yesterday.

The naira, which had been trading around 241 and 243 against the greenback for a long time, began a steady decline about three weeks ago when the Central Bank of Nigeria stopped the sale of foreign exchange to over 1,600 Bureaux De Change operators due to improper documentation. I don’t think the naira has ever crashed this badly before in the history of Nigeria. The elderly ones should please confirm this. 

EFCC Arraigns Businessman For N9.5m Oil Fraud! Pictured

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC,  on Thursday, December 17, 2015 arraigned one  Oghenemi Michael Morowei, Managing Director, Standard Allied Universal Concept,  before Justice Valentine Ashi  of the High Court of the FCT, sitting in Apo, Abuja on a nine-count charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretence.

The suspect is being prosecuted for allegedly conspiring with other members of an oil syndicate to sell a consignment of crude oil from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, to Bascom Energy Limited.

One of the counts reads: ‘‘That you, Oghenemi Michael Morowei( a.k.a. Fubara Dan Jumbo, Boma Harry, Peterson Harry and Elder Dan Jumbo) trading under the name and style of Standard Allied Universal Concepts, George Olotu( at large), Bowoto Sunny Ola( at large) and Engr. Abiye Jumbo( at large) between 7th March, 2014 and 19th March, 2014 at Abuja within the jurisdiction of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory did with intent to defraud obtain the sum of N8,000,000( Eight Million Naira only) from Bascom Energy Limited under the false pretence that same was payment for crude oil product which pretence you knew to be false.’’

Girlfriend Gives Lover Up To Police After Recognizing Him In A Police Plea

A rapist who pulled his victim by her hair to a disused railway track and subjected her to a terrifying sex attack was snared after his girlfriend recognised him in a police appeal. Brutal Mark Wilkinson, 28, approached his victim - aged in her 50s - and asked where she was going and if he could walk her home.

When she refused, he cycled ahead and waited for the woman - before approaching her from behind and raping her twice just after 10.30pm on Saturday, June 13. The court heard that his victim - who cannot be named for legal reasons - feared for her life as he taunted her during her ordeal.

After seeing a West Yorkshire Police appeal, his girlfriend recognised the description and called her sister-in-law, who had also seen the appeal - and called the police.

10 Shiite Protesters Under Investigation Over Attack On Police Station In Kaduna

The police, on Thursday, began investigating 10 members of the Sheik Ibrahim el-Zak-Zaky-led Islamic movement for their alleged involvement in the attack on a Police Division in Kaduna State.

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the state Police Command, Zubairu Abubakar, said this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Kaduna.

Abubakar said the police had arrested the 10 suspected members of the movement when they allegedly attacked the Tudun Wada Divisional Police Office in Kaduna on Tuesday.

He alleged that the suspects were arrested with weapons including cutlasses, long knives and devices suspected to be substances for making Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).

Ghana’s Former Tourist Minister Says Death Rumours ‘Idiotic’

A one time Tourism Minister in Ghana, Mr Obetsebi Lamptey whose supposed death went viral on Ghanaian websites late last night and early hours of this morning, after rumours came to town that the light skinned man had joined his ancestors in far away South Africa where he had gone for treatment, but sadly died. Father Of 8 Who Was Completely Devoted To His Family Dies In His Sleep

Devastated mum Chloe Green has told her heartache after her 31-year-old husband died suddenly in his sleep. James Warner had a fit and then stopped breathing in the early hours of Friday 4 December. Between them, the couple had eight children.

Mr Warner leaves behind Leo, nine, Levi, six, Oliver, four, Megan, three, Miley, two, Lacey, one, Lexie, one and Elijah, who is just 14 weeks old.

Chloe, 27, described the moment she tried to revive her husband before he suddenly died at their home in Dyffryn Ardudwy, Gwynedd. She described Mr Warner as “completely devoted to his family”.

She said: “James woke up around 4.30am and was acting quite odd, he suddenly just went into a fit on the bed and stopped breathing. I rang the ambulance straight away and I started doing CPR on him to try and get him breathing again until the paramedics got there.
