In court: Sian Blake murder suspect Arthur Simpson-Kent talks to his lawyer ahead of the hearing in Accra
The boyfriend of ex-EastEnders actress Sian Blake has been formally charged with three counts of murder as he appeared in court in Ghana this morning.
Arthur Simpson-Kent, 48, is wanted for questioning back in the UK after police found the bodies of the ex-EastEnders actress and her two boys buried in her back garden.
Simpson-Kent said nothing to reporters as he was led into court in in handcuffs in the capital Accra this morning.
British authorities have officially started extradition proceedings for him to be brought back to the UK to be grilled over the killings.
The bodies of Sian, 43, and sons Zachary, eight, and Amon, four, were found at their home in Erith, South London, last week, three weeks after they were reported missing.
