Photos: One Shot As FUNAAB Students Protest Insecurity/Crimes On Campus

Abisoye Taiwo, a year one Forestry and Wildlife Management student of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, FUNAAB has been shot by a police officer as students of the institution took to the streets to protest over insecurity and crimes happening in the institution today.

At first the protest was peaceful before it turned violent and police were called him. Some of his colleagues have been saying he is dead, but a twitter handle; Funaab Juice says he is alive and receiving treatment at FMC.

The school management has now shut down the university indefinitely to prevent further breakdown of law. More photos below...
