Usain Bolt Wins Gold In 200m Olympic Final

Usain Bolt has won his eighth gold medal as he stormed to victory in the 200m in the Rio Olympics.

Bolt adds the title to the 100m crown he claimed earlier in the Games and keeps alive his hopes of securing an historic 'triple triple'.

The Jamaican will complete the achievement if he can win gold with his country's 4x100m relay team. Bolt stormed to victory in 19.78 seconds - considerably slower than the the 19.19 world record he was bidding to beat.
