She featured on the programme alongside her client Nadia Murad, who was captured by the evil network when she was just 19 years old.
After killing six of her eight brothers and her mother during the Yazidi genocide, a gang of men kidnapped her and forced her to become their sex slave.
During the live televised chat, Amal revealed that Nadia was raped by up to two men at the same time until she "fell unconscious".
"I can't imagine anything worse being done by one human to another," the lawyer said with tears in her eyes.
When asked why she was prepared to put her life at risk to seek justice, she simply said: "This is my job."
Amal explained that simply bombing ISIS is not enough to take them out.
"You can't kill an idea that way," she explained.
"I think one of the ways to take action against that is to expose their brutality and their corruption. "And part of the way to do that is through trial."
Amal added: "I did feel a sense of outrage,' explained Clooney of learning about Nadia's story, and those of other young women and girls.
"It's been harrowing to hear the testimony of girls as young as 11 and 12, what's happened to them. And still we haven't done anything about them."
