House Of Rep Suspends Jibrin Abdulmumin

Abdulmumin Jibrin has been suspended. The House of Representatives suspended the lawmaker from Kano at the centre of the unfolding budget padding scandal, for 180 legislative days today.

The House seats three days in a week which means Jibrin’s suspension would last more than a year.

In a motion recommended by House Ethics Committee chairman, Nicholas Ossai, and adopted by the whole House, Mr. Jibrin will also not be able to hold any position of responsibility for the span of the current National Assembly.

    1. VKing he is not fighting for the masses. He called the attention of the government and nigerians to the fact that the speak and his cabal have adjusted the budget so they can rake in millions to their accounts and he got suspended for exposing them. Nigeria is gone i agree
