Oil and real estate business mogul, Frank Peters who also owns Real Sapphire football Academy which is coached by an Argentine is presently redefining youth football in Nigeria.

He's presently hosting an U-19 youth football championship themed Frank Peters Cup at the Ijebu Ode Stadium in Ogun State. 64 football academies from all over Nigeria are competing for the over two million naira cash prize.

Participants have enjoyed free registration, feeding and accommodation.

Facts have suggested that the business mogul is set to follow the foot step of Dr Ifeanyi Ubah who is the owner of the richest football club in Nigeria.

  1. This is really laudable and I hope he floats a Premier League club soon

  2. 64 teams in a championship, 16 groups, that's really really big coming from a private sponsor
