'I Misjudged You': Piers Morgan Apologises To Ariana Grande Over Manchester Attack

He openly slammed Ariana Grande last week for heading home to Florida, immediately after the terror attack at her concert in Manchester.

But following a successful night at her One Love fundraiser, Piers Morgan apologised for his comments - admitting the singer was in fact an 'admirable young woman' on Twitter.

The 52-year-old applauded the 23-year-old for putting on a 'magnificent' show at the Emirates Old Trafford cricket ground in Manchester, after slamming her for flying home straight after the terror attack, which left 22 dead and 119 injured last month.

In a series of heartfelt messages he apologised for his comments, which saw him criticise Ariana for flying back to Florida after the attack, and instead praised her for the inspiring concert, as well as her show-stopping voice.

As the singer stormed the stage in front of the 60,000 strong crowd, he wrote: 'I thought Ariana Grande was wrong to fly off after #ManchesterAttack. But tonight she's putting on a fabulous show.
