  1. Hakeem Balogun is well known in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as being very lousy, lacking decorum and intellect. It has been reported that he stole passports and visas revenues while serving as Charge d'Affaires at the Nigerian Embassy in Washington DC. He bought houses in Maryland and expensive cars and has penchant for materialism. He's due for retirement in 2018 from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
