Photos: Playful Side Of El-Rufai Comes Out As Little Boy Visits Him

A little boy we suspect could be his grandson, was photographed at he office of the executive Governor of Kaduna State playing as he came visiting. The Governor had to take out time too, to play with the little lad. Really cute. More photos below...
