Suzy Q’s murderer was not her Boyfriend

There is a twist in the killing of SQ club owner, Susan Yusuf who was murdered last week Friday in her apartment. Her killer, has been reported to be her lover, but close friends are saying it is not true. Sources however reported that, Idris was close to Susan, because he was her personal assistant and as expected, would most of the time be seen with her. Susan was said to have called Idris to meet her at her apartment around 8pm on the said day. No one could tell what transpired between them, but neighbors only heard the shouts of Susan. According to sources, Idris was trying to escape through the backyard of the 6th floor, when he got to know neighbors were already alerted. In the process, he slipped and fell to his death. Susan was rushed to the Military hospital in Ikoyi and was later referred to the Military hospital in Yaba, but gave up the ghost on the way. Tales abound that, there was no love relationship between late Susan and Idris.

  8. bikonu, why will a hospital "refer" a critical patient to another hospital?! That is so unethical...if they treated her, perhaps she would have survived. Why is this so tolerated in Nigeria?

  10. You people are missing something o. Methinks this is more than meets the eye. Has anyone thought about looking at it from the angle of the person she had issues with concerning ownership of the night club. Do you know if it was a planned job between her P.A and the guy. My thoughts o.

  11. Peju and that person being? I wouldn't isolate it to one person and whoever did it may be a silent person nobody knows. I think this guy was sent to kill her. Big shame. There's even more shame with the transfer from one hospital to another when she was in a critical condition. 1004 on its own should have a Medical Centre. Wasn't there one and even a Catholic Church there ages ago.

  12. I don't even think that aspect of news is important anymore. They need to look for the motive behind the killing, her final dealings and interaction with people etc. But in true Naija style this is just a red herring.
