Boko Haram Threatens To Bomb Lagos And Abuja in 72hours

Biko we need God’s intervention. This is Nigeria and not Afghanistan.
In a phone call to the editor of Africa Independent Television (AIT) yesterday evening, Boko Haram threatened to unleash bomb attacks in Lagos and Abuja in another 72hours, unless President Goodluck Jonathan appears on AIT for an open discussion with the sect. The phone call was broadcasted on AIT news at 8pm last night.

    1. They claim they are practicing islam. But their actions go against the teachings of islam. If you are interested you can look up the teachings of islam so you will be able to difrentiate the difference between the religion and people who claim to follow it. And I'm not in anyway trying to sound rude. :*

  7. The people I pity most are the innocent abokis, hitherto living peacefully on the streets of Lagos.
    .
    .
There have been growing suspicion, resentments and seething anger boiling in the Southerners with rising incidence of carnage, cum ethnic cleansing unleashed by these few miscreants up north.
    .
    .
They are in the minority, but their actions have made it imperative to suspect and avoid every random northerner you meet on the street.
    .
    .
A sound of bomb in Lagos will only light up the matchstick on the lingering keg of gun powder.
    .
    .
The abokis around will bear the direct brunt of the instant explosion of violence.
    .
    .
The aftermath of this will be unprecedented.

  8. Pls Jonathan;u have to act NOW! We are tired of d usual cock and bull story u give after every bomb explosion! Must u wait till after it happens before u do something?

Lagos had better not be affected O!They shld just restrict their stupidity to their home states!

  9. Who cares if they wipe away the whole of North? Let them kill their own people. Our brothers and sisters should return home and leave them to their own deaths.

    1. So just because they are northerners it is fair for them to kill innocent northerners. Have you no humility for humanity? Don't you know the northerners too are tired of them. This is why we can never be one as Nigerians. I'll suggest you educate yourself about the people you share a country with, the only difference is language.

  28. @oyinkan the earlier u accept the truth, the better for u,stop deceiving yourself how can u claim to be one with a people that don't give a danm about u?the concept of "one nigeria" is a myth! what is stopping the local northern rulers from forming their own vigilante to tackle this menance called boko haram except they don't see anything wrong or they secretly support turning nigeria to a sharia state.
@anon 7:45 GEJ's advocate no sane person negotiates with terrorist because amongst other things, not only are they faceless, their words cannot be taken as credible, terrorist should be dealt with by smoking them out (literally)but since ur boss refused to act, they will continue to make demands which may include making a fool of him if they so desire.mtscheeew since they have refused to fizzle out,GEJ do what they ask o.oloshi worst president ever.-Palo

  29. I dont believe Islam is any religion of peace. All over the world, terrorists are usually muslims. Even day to day relationships with muslims will show you. I here that there are parts of the quran where it is said to kill. What sort of god do they have that encourages people to kill? Up till now, i have not seen any muslim leader come out in the open and condemn boko haram. They are probably secretly happy that boko haram is killing . Jonathan, wake up from your slumber and resign. Let competent people do the job

  31. Anon 05 May, 2012 15:51; I agree.

Anon 05 May, 2012 18:18; IMO, terrorists have no religion. They hide under some sort of religion.

You typed; "day to day relationships with Muslims will show you they aren't a religion of peace." How many Muslims do you know? All the Muslims i know are appalled at the BH menace, the same way they were appalled at the Mutallab Christmas day bedlam.

Terrorists come in all forms. Here are some non-Muslim ones.
    - The Yelwa massacre in Nigeria in 2004
    - The persecution of Muslims in Bosnia, Kosovo and the former Yugoslavia.
    - The Tamil Tigers in Sri Lanka and India
    - ETA fighting for the Basque homeland in Northern Spain.
    - The IRA in Northern Ireland.

Boko Haram has said this report is fake. My thought is that if they step into the West, OPC will take up arms.
