Kate Middleton: She's Got Her Body Back!

Kate stepped out for the first time yesterday after showing the world her baby when she went shopping. Wow is it so easy to get your body back this fast? Well i don't want to talk about the other option she might have chosen to have him. She looks s*xy al the way!

  1. How nice! Crossed my mind dat in d late 90s n early 2000s,pple dint really bother abt shapes n sizes so far u r goodlookin,hard workin n good wt pple. Mayb we will still go back to dat age when no one took note of sizes.

  2. Yes it is. The key is not to gain extra weight during pregnancy. The only weight gain should be the baby's weight, placenta and amniotic fluid. Normal weight gain for normal people should be 8-13kg, underweight ppl have to gain slighty more while overweight/ obese shouldn't gain as much so that once u drop u are almost back to the same weight pre-pregnancy. I have 3 and I had my last 3 weeks ago and I'm back to my normal self. Its not a big deal and yes, u don't need surgery or need to do anything drastic. Just control yourself

    2. Mumu! I got back to shape within 6 weeks I even had to beg my boss to let me get back to work...people think it's rocket science but it's not! d key is breastfeeding!

    3. The key is NOT breastfeeding! When u breastfeed you get hungry/thirsty easily making u eat more,hence u gain weight.stop calling some 1 mumu.I am not just a doctor I am also a nursing mum,we encourage baby friendly but I cannot do it.I had to introduce formula to my two months old baby because I was eating too much,I was always loosing fluid,and my baby sucks for Africa.this is a baby that sleeps with nipple in his mouth,so go figure.now I'm back to my size 12.

    4. Even me, after my first baby which was cs by d way, I got back to shape in less dan 2 month, now preg for no 2 and na only my belle long, my body is still fit. Soo na women way get long trot dey over fat, come call am cravings..smh. But well som ppl have got d fat gene too shaa, but generally control what n how u eat.!

  4. When you are that wealthy, you can have dietitians, personal trainers and co on your payroll to whip u back in shape.

    Or she might just be lucky like my sis. my sis was smaller "after delivery" than she was "befors pregnancy" and she doesn't work out, eats mad carbs, but just lucky to have crazy metab

  5. She's always been on the slim side. She didn't really put on much weight during her pregnancy.
    Her baby tummy went down really fast!
    I wonder how she achieved that.

    Go and ask Tamar braxton, after 3 weeks of giving birth, she wore about 3 spanx to be on her show the real. I know it's ur job to 'gossip' but please, don't be ignorant.

  10. Money talks! Shad the best of it all. She ate mostly for the baby during pregnancy and the baby was big while she did not add on weight. She should reveal her diet. As famous weight loss expert Gillian Mckeithsaid with the title of her book, 'You are what you eat'. We need to monitor what we eat if we are overweight or underweight.

  21. Madam Ladun this is not the first time she's stepping out after showing the world her baby,get your facts right Please! BTW Kate has always been on the Slim side,she is a really slim person plus she's royalty so there's a Lot of money to throw around, she can get a personal trainer and a dietrician to do the work..Plus am not even surprised,seen this even in naija,Post baby Body is only bad if you allowed yourself to gain so much weight while pregnant..Like a Lot of mothers have pointed out here,the key is don't gain so much weight during pregnancy, and if you're lucky to be on the slim side,even better for you..so Its no Magic,just discipline
