A Lot Of APC Leaders Are Against A Muslim/Muslim Presidential Ticket But Can’t Speak Out- Femi Fani-Kayode

Mr Femi Fani-Kayode wrote yesterday on his Facebook page that a lot of APC leaders are scared about APC’s idea of a Muslim/Muslim presidential ticket, but can’t speak out. He says he is still with APC but glad that someone like Mr Biodun Ishola Ladepo understands where he is coming from.  Mr Ladepo says and I quote; ''If I were Femi Fani-Kayode and my party planned to field a Muslim/Muslim presidential ticket, especially in the age of Boko Haram, I would bolt faster than Hussein Bolt''.

While buttressing this, Mr Fani Kayode said and I quote; ‘I am glad that someone is seeing things clearly’. Find his full statement on Facebook after the cut.

  6. Mr Fani Kayode, the Muslim-Muslim ticket is not enough reason to jettison the APC. I guess, the fact that you are yet to be recognised in the APC is the problem and that Tinubu could be ruthless. Get it clear Nigerians are tired of Christian-Muslim or Muslim-Christian that cannot resolve the issues of Employment, Corruption, Hunger, Poverty, Crime. Please Give Nigerians Ribadu-Fashola and they will only see PERFORMANCE not any Muslim-Muslim ticket. Does paired religion win elections and Is Fashola a real Muslim with a Christian Wife? However a Buhari-Tinubu ticket, will remind me of Afganistan, QED.

    1. What are we even talking here? Should religious beliefs be a de facto at all? No one is talking individual merits and demerits again, how about voting for the qualified? This is why we haven't moved forward. Before it was based on region and zoning by ethnicity...now religion? Na wa o
