This was written by Chinenye Ugonna of Premium Times. Lol, Chineye the same thing happens here in Lagos. Fake broke guys with no means of livelihood, lmao.
This week, we are going to put the spotlight on fake Abuja big boys, FABBs too – they are all FABBs. These guys are always well-dressed with flashy cars. Some of them are even from rich homes. You see them looking like a bag of money, meanwhile nothing in their bank accounts. There is nothing wrong with looking good and not having money to back it up. There is only something wrong when you are doing it for packaging. Continue below...
Brother Joshua Iginla (Prophet) and the General Overseer of Champions Royal Assembly Church based in Abuja has said the world is yet to see the worst of Ebola. The Prophet who predicted in December 2013 that a certain virus would hit the world says scientists are doing their part and its left for spiritual leaders to come together, so they can take care of the spiritual aspect. His words;
There is a spiritual undertone to the issue. There is a link between the witchcraft coven and the marine world that lures people into hell and this is what I’m seeing. I am not mincing words. God revealed it to me which I have said that there would be something like a vaccine or hope that would come and it would be discovered by a group of scientists led by a white scientist with a bald head and this research will bring about 10 per cent hope. However, there is hope if spiritual leaders can complement the work of the scientists. As they are putting their heads together, we should also assemble to pray for the world. The way out is for us to adhere to measures put in place to prevent it and most important, turn to God.

There was a mild drama in Olodi Apapa area of Lagos State, Thursday night, as a man who took another woman to a hotel came out from the hotel room to see his wife coming out from another room with his friend.

The fiancé of late 29-year old nurse who died of Ebola, Dennis Akagba has explained to Vanguard all you will like to know about how Justina started work at First Consultant hospital, and how being pregnant made her easily contract the virus despite working at the hospital for just one day. He also spoke about how he tested positive and how God healed him. In all he is a man any woman would pray to have. His story again;
He and his wife-to-be had lofty dreams of living fulfilled lives and raising wonderful children together. The fiance was two months pregnant and their traditional marriage had been fixed for October.

Etcetera’s today’s note is focusing on Omoni Oboli and her blue dress to the presidential villa during her movie premiere. Etcetera titled this new article the Celebitchy, but we decided to change it here. I thought she already explained she didn't know it was that revealing. Lol.
Remember Monica Lewinsky? If you do, then you should also remember the “Blue Dress” she wore to the white house that got President Clinton, the most powerful man in the world and the then president of the United States of America almost impeached. And 16 years on, just when everyone thought the seductive blue dress has been locked away in a highly secured vault somewhere at the pentagon, it reared its dangerous head at Nigeria’s presidential villa, worn by a nollywood actress for her movie premiere. Only this time, it was seductively patterned as a strip wear.
Is the second donning of the dreaded blue dress a decoy to seduce another president? This time around, the president of the most powerful black nation in the world. Well, your guess is as good as mine. I can still remember being glued to my laptop trying to make sense out of the picture of our president shaking hands with “The lady in blue”, with a larger part of her cleavage exposed for the world to see. It got me wondering how anyone dressed in such a manner could have been allowed anywhere near the presidential villa for any reason. How did she get past security?
So there you have it people, Ruggedman isn’t Maheeda’s new s*x toy.
Saidi Balogun while speaking with Punch Newspaper has asked people to learn from his two latest movies which are based on marriage. Saidi said though a lot of people think the movies are based on his failed marriage, but he does not care because he wants them to watch the movies and learn from them regardless of if it was based on his marriage or not.
“I hate talking about my past marriage, but it is true that my recent movies speak about marriages. I cannot say if the movies are about my past marriage but people would be able to deduce when they watch the film. The first movie, Modupe Temi, shows how gossip breaks a home and the other, You or I, asks which race is suitable to have as a wife between the white and black. If you say I am talking about my past marriage, fine, all I want is the audience to learn from my movie. Possibly, the Lord is using me as an example to tell a story. Although, before the marriage all these stories have been there but God is the greatest producer. He creates all things but whatever people want to say they should say. All I want is for people to learn from my stories. If you say I am a living example to what I wrote, fine, I accept but I would ask people to please buy an original copy, watch and learn regardless who they think the story is about,” he said.
But while reacting to Shan’s claim, a representative of the music label, Ms Linda Jacks said,
“The song wasn’t given to the artiste’s manager before release, because when we released Jaga’s other song ‘Mboro’ two months ago, Shan George gave out the song to too many people before the release date, and that affected the monitoring the progress on the song out there. That is the reason our company decided not to give out the song to anyone before release date,” she said.
But when a reporter reached Jega himself, he said something entirely different;
“I’m doing good music. The the two ladies, my mom and promoter should be dancing instead of fighting,” the boy concluded.
The State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Haruna Wakili, stated this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Dutse. The commissioner also explains that the appointment letter has been sent through a delegate to the former President at his country home in Abeokuta.
On why the State Government choose Obasanjo, Wakili said;
“The government arrived at the decision after due consideration of his immense contributions to the making of modern Nigeria; as former military head of state and two terms democratically elected President.
“Obasanjo is an internationally recognised and respected elder statesman and indeed an eminent personality of proven integrity who served his country to the peak, diligently, selflessly and sincerely,” he said.

While speaking to Netng, May7Ven made it clear that she is a leader, and had influenced Tiwa Savage and a few others way back in London.
“I know when I started, I know why a lot of females are now here. The likes of Seyi Shay and Tiwa Savage were all with me in London when I did ‘Bo Aso Lara mi’, so I influenced majority of them to be doing what they are doing now.
There always has to be a leader, someone who starts and creates things, and that’s how I see myself already. So the style I’m doing now, I guarantee you in another two years you’ll find another set of Tiwa Savage doing what I’m doing. I’ve always been an innovator and you can interview any of them, they’ll tell you the same thing so they may be threatened that I’m around and not the other way round’’.

Two unemployed Nigerian girls who says age and weight are not on their side have said the internet will know no peace until they secure a job in the land they got the education from. The girls who graduated with a 2’1 have opened a twitter account where they have been campaigning for a job. According to them, they have walked every nook and cranny of Lagos State looking for a job, with no hope of getting one. They have however resulted in cursing every company they have dropped their CVs with and even calling on God to deal with them for employing people with connections rather then the diligent ones
It’s sad, it is heart breaking. But really I think the government should do something fast about unemployment. We all can’t be entrepreneurs. Here’s a comment they dropped here on the blog, funny girls, but hey, they are serious, lol.

Mercy Aigbe in a new interview has advised ladies to be calm and don’t rush into marriage, stating that the most important thing is to find the right partner and not just getting married.
They should take their time before getting married. Don’t allow yourself to be pushed into marriage. At whatever age or time you get married, the most important thing is to find your life partner because the truth is that when you find the right person, you just have to be happy. It’s when you are happy that you can be useful to your society and be productive. Maybe because marriage is an institution ordained by God, it is going through a lot of things. So, I feel the devil is taking it personal to attack marriages, be it celebrity. Marital problems are not synonymous with you being a celebrity or not. I just felt it is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. We should know that marriage is a divine institution and when we say we are married, no matter the challenges we should learn to cope and make the best use of everything we have. Marriage is not a bed of roses.
