President Jonathan was in Minna , Niger State today to visit Gen. Ibrahim Babangida, a former military head of state who returned not too long ago from a medical trip abroad.
The president was accompanied by the National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd.); his Chief of Staff, Brid.-Gen. Jones Arogbofa (rtd.); Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Senator Bala Muhammed; and the Director-General of his campaign team, Ahmadu Ali.
They all met behind closed-door with the general at his Hilltop Mansion. Shortly after the meeting, the president told journalists that he was in Minna to greet “his father” who recently returned to the country from a medical trip abroad. Babangida also told journalists that all Nigerians should vote for Jonathan because he means well for the country.
Lol… this actually made me laugh for several minutes. But then, you still might not understand this joke, if you have not been following these guys on twitter. See Ohimai Godwin Amaize was Obanikoro’s campaign team leader and still his Special Adviser (Media Strategy) to the one time Minister of State for Defence. Before then, Ohimai also worked for Ribadu. While Gbenga Olorunpomi is a diehard APC member. Gbenga works for Tinubu, Ambode, in fact he works for every top shot in APC.
Now these guys are fond of taking shots at each other, not only them, a lot of them do it so long as they belong to different party groups and have different mind sets. Ohimai one time called Omojuwa an ingrate saying he came for him when ‘mere’ Navy men held him back, because Omojuwa fired at him calling him a goat( not sure of the right word he used then right now tho, lol, but it was something like a goat). So it goes on and on. And now Gbenga has come for Ohimai again this sunny afternoon, under what he calls Fun Fact. Hear him…
Love them all tho.. brilliant men!
Lol. You better hear this before you buy that Porsche Cayenne. So a Lagos big boy who bought one spent N800k to fix it after buying bad petrol at one of the Lekki gas stations which almost messed up the car engine.
That no one shall die. In 2011, at the announcement of the results, riots broke out in d north because buhari lost. So many innocent souls perished. Amongst them were innocent youth corp members of southern extraction who had no say in the matter. If indeed our presidential candidates love Nigeria, they should come out together in a joint press conference, in arms, and jointly urge every Nigerian, every supporter to shun violence in next year’s elections. If it's too hard to do, then we are far from a democratic and united nation
Lmao grow up Jim, grow up! Hehehe kidding! Another photo after the cut.

Six weeks ago, I was in Benin City to support a friend who was getting married that weekend. We drove down to Ugbowo campus of UNIBEN, laughing along the way at bini guys and the way they pronounce certain words. We got stuck in an unusual traffic jam and my friend who was driving, took the opportunity to reply his pings, pausing only to turn up the radio when Wizkid’s “In My Bed” came on. A few seconds later, he increased the volume even more. I accepted that since I was in his car, I had to endure his choice of songs. So I listened, trying to figure out why he was interested in that particular song.
Femi Anikulapo’s son, Seun Kuti has explained in an interview he granted Punch why he can never get married and the only reason he can collaborate with his senior brother, Femi Kuti. Seun says he does not believe in marriage because he feels no one has the right to own the other, and what he and his babymama practice is partnership and nothing more. Excerpt from the interview;
Can we ever see you and Femi collaborating?
Collaborations like that are money spinners. If we would collaborate, it is not because we want to do something great for music because we are already making great music individually. But if we do it, it would mainly be for financial reason. We agreed that as soon as we feel our career is slowing down and money is not coming as it should, we would jump into the studio and do a money spinner.

A lot of passengers travelling out of Lagos where left stranded today at the two domestic Lagos airports as flight ticket fees were drastically increased. The air ticket for an hour flight which was between N18,000 to N30,000, went to N30,000 to N43, 000, depending on the carrier.
Another fare on the Lagos-Enugu route, which was less than 45 minutes, was N35, 000 as against the usual fee of N20,000, while Lagos-Abuja route attracted an average ticket price of N40, 000 against its usual N24, 000.
Passengers were however heard murmuring saying, Christmas is a time to share, and not a time for airline operators to start exploiting money from innocent passengers. So many where left stranded as they could not make use of cash machines and had only the exact planned ticket fees with them.
I'm an ardent reader and i will like to share my story with you since a problem shared is a problem half solved.
I'm a 30 years old man, i started dating a girl in August 2008 (she's igbo and i'm yoruba) we live in the same estate and the relationship was the best time of my life until one day, not long into the relationship i was planning to move to my own apartment since i was staying with parents as i walking her home she told me we should call the relationship quit after about 1 year, i asked her why and she said because i was moving, i explained to her that we would always visit each other but she said No, so i left her and went home feeling bad, i didn't even sleep that night.
I have a boyfriend who can never ever say he's sorry when he is wrong. But his attitude would show he is remorseful and sorry. But to utter the word sorry is IMPOSSIBLE. Should that be a concern for me?
