Vincent Enyeama Apologises From Retiring From Eagles, Says I Did It To Make Peace Reign

The former Super Eagles captain who has been very emotional about the fight between him and the Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh and leaving the team has apologised to Nigerians for retiring now saying it was for the good of the Nation. Here’s the latest thing the former captain penned down on his instagram page;

Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of whatsoever,I fear no evil for thou oh God JEHOVAH is with me.I didn't have a problem with Chief Onibginde,Chukwu,Equavon,Berti vogts,Lars Lagerback,Keshi.under Berti Vogts,I WAS INJURED.it was a match against Ugandan that we won 1/0.The coach decided to stick to Austine Ejide after that match because Ejide had a great game.ONE QUESTION to everyone.Who would be happy after just burying your mother that carried you 9months in the womb and suffered for you day and night,jumping on a 6hour plane to represent your fatherland only to be stripped of the captainship and humiliated at the first meeting in front of everyone after serving the nation for 13years.I have honoured about 99% of the national team invitations no matter where the match is played. Continue...

Anyway,my decision to quit the national team is for the best interest of the nation.I don't want to be the reason that Nigerian football house is divided.I want Nigeria to get back up to where it belongs.It's a professional decision made for the blessing of the nation.I am very sorry for being the reason that all this things are happening.God bless NIGERIA#wearenigeriag.

  3. You know I first said on my previous post under this same issue that whatever grudge or issues that has been on ground olise wouldn't ve ignored it reasons because he Vincent just buried the mom and leave him to make same mistake again then u can strike by taking the captainship away from him by then we all can be seeing his real concrete reasons but now him oliseh is now partially been seen like d one been faulty. Love Vincent way of keeping anyway, I just wonder how the team is gonna cope without him.

  6. Hey vin u have given ur best for ur nation is better to quit when the ovation is loudest, make God bless and grant u peace wherever u are . And for u Oliseh u were much guilty of what u tried to harass vin for, we know that. My prayer is that u achieve result with ur much pronounced arrogance. U are yet to win a competitive match mind u.

    Peaceful man u are, and God is with u indeed. Best goalie ever and u've been super awesome! If it wasn't for Enyeama, Nigeria wouldn't have gotten to where it reached in the last world cup! I'm proud of u and again u'r loved and appreciated! U'r a big deal to the National team and the whole nation. Thank U much!
