Sonali, who was just 17 at the time, was forced to endure more than 28 different surgical procedures as medics battled to limit the damage the acid had done to her skin in the 2003 attack.

Twitter Users Think Doyin Okupe Shouldn’t Have Called A Follower A Bastard, Regardless Of What He Said
Lmao….. Doyin Okupe who was shocked was then fast to reply him in capital letters, telling him he is also a bastard and that’s his final SHOT to him!

Culled From Vanguard;
Folashade’s troubles began when she became pregnant 11 years ago at the age of 17, while in Jss 3. Naïvely, she thought that getting married to a man who promised her heaven on earth would provide an escape route or, at least, give her succour. Little did she know that her marriage to a police officer currently serving at Onireke Divisional Police Station, in Ojo, Lagos, would make her sad.
Trouble started in the home of Mrs. Grace Adebiyi (not real name) in Akowonjo area of Lagos when she noticed a strange discharge from the private part of her eight-year-old daughter, as she slept on the night of Sunday April 12, 2015.
“I would not have been worried if not because that I had noticed she was walking awkwardly when we were going to church earlier in the day. But when I asked what was wrong with her, she said nothing,” the woman said.
But that night, as Comfort (not real name) slept, her mother decided to investigate what was wrong.
How I Met Mimiko, How He Persuaded Me To Be His Deputy & How I Suffered In His Hands- Olanusi Explains
I was told that every Igboman who heard Ojukwu’s speech after the Biafran war was filled with a renewed sense of pride and hope. A hope that one day the Igbo nation will rise and become a force of reckoning not just in Nigeria but in the entire black world. I have read that speech over and over and each time I read through, I am filled with pride and imagination of how those who heard the words pouring out of the mouth of the warlord himself must have felt. Before going any further, let me recount a little part of what the late sage said while addressing the press: Continue...
Hmm, a lot of Nigerians are aware the president says he will hand over the mantle of leadership at a dinner on the 28th instead of May 29th, democracy day, so that the incoming government can take charge of the day. But according to Punch’s investigations, APC says it’s a dangerous game and they are sure the outgoing president and his team have another motive. According to them, will Nigeria be without a head for 24 hours? What about security issues? A lot of points were raised and I think it’ a must read for all.

Muslims who were among migrants trying to get from Libya to Italy in a boat this week threw 12 fellow passengers overboard, killing them because the 12 were Christians, Italian police say. The Police disclosed 15 people have been arrested in connection of the murder.
According to reports, a group of 105 people left Libya on Tuesday in a rubber boat and sometime during the trip across the Mediterranean Sea, the alleged assailants, Muslims from the Ivory Coast, Mali and Senegal, threw the 12 overboard over religious argument.
Other people on the voyage told police that they themselves were spared "because they strongly opposed the drowning attempt and formed a human chain."
The boat was later intercepted by an Italian navy vessel, which transferred the passengers to a Panamanian-flagged ship, after which the arrests were made. The 12 who died were from Nigeria and Ghana, the police said.

Here’s what the prophet posted on his Instagram page this evening. How many lives have you touched? Food for thought!
"The LORD is not so much interested in how many times you go to church, pray and fast a day, how much Christian service you render, the amount of tithes and offerings you pay, the Christian titles and names you bear - as the number of people's lives you have affected. Many people are suffering out there; they want to change but do not just know how to go about it. How many lives are you capable of CHANGING? How many have you CHANGED? This is what matters to HIM." - TB Joshua
