Jos University Teaching Hospital Workers Begin Sir-At-Work Strike

Oga o, different different form of strikes just dey show up. So workers of the Jos University Teaching Hospital yesterday began a sit-at-work strike to protest the non payment of their June salaries.

The workers came to work but just sat down and did not resume duties as expected. They signed the attendance register, but were not attending to patients.

They are protesting that out of 2094 workers, only 394 members of staff were paid.

We hope something will be done very soon, because this might cause so many lost of lives which could be prevented.
