Rio: Nigeria Wore Tracksuits At Opening Ceremony Because Their Outfits Were Not Ready

According to a Sports Illustrated senior writer covering Rio Olympics, Alexander Wolff, the Nigerian team at the Rio Olympics didn't get their outfits on time and had to wear their tracksuits for the opening parade. Can u imagine? lol, what he said below...
