The TV presenter was speaking on Loose Women with his wife Ruth Langford about the theme of embarrassing parents.
His comments were sparked by a magazine story at the weekend with Liz and Damian that featured them draped over each other, as she called Damian her “soulmate.”
As part of the panel show, Ruth quipped: "Can you imagine me trying to take that sort of photo with [my son] Jack! He'd be like "Urgh, mum get off!"
Eamonn, sitting in the audience chipped in: "It's weird. I'm sorry, it's seriously weird."
Fellow Loose Women co-host Denise Welch also admitted that all her boys have blocked her on social media, and then admitted she was a "bit jealous" of their relationship.
Damian takes many of his mum’s photos for social media, including loads of her in bikinis and swimsuits on never-ending holidays.
Liz defended using her son as her own personal photographer earlier this year and said: "When we're on holiday together, sure he'll take some pictures.
"He's got a really good eye and he's studying photography."
She said it was "ridiculous" to call it inappropriate and revealed that she also used professional photographers and other family members to take the many, many shots of her to post online.
Earlier this year, Liz Hurley's son Damian is said to have begged his mum to stop sharing revealing pictures - especially the ones where he also features in them.
However, it looks like the teen - whose dad is American businessman and film producer Steve Bing - has had enough after his pals started to mock him over his mum's racy bikini uploads.
"Damian's starting to get a lot of ribbing from friends," a source reportedly told Heat magazine.
"He's at the age where everything his mum does is embarrassing, and he just can't understand why she can't cover up a bit more.
"But Liz is extremely proud of her youthful looks and she told him there's nothing wrong with a woman her age being sexy."
