Kelly Rowland says there's no Destiny's Child reunion

Kelly Rowland has dashed all hope of a Destiny's Child reunion tour to celebrate their 20th anniversary.

One of two original members of the girl group - the other of course being none other than megastar Beyoncé - said she had absolutely no idea if a tour was happening.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the mum-of-one, 38, who has enjoyed a successful solo career in her own right, admitted the rumours were sadly not true at all.

"That was news to me, just as much as it was to you!" she said, "I was like, 'Oh! My god, a tour is happening! Someone call me."

Kelly further destroyed any glimmer of hope for new music 15 years since the group's last album Destiny Fulfilled.

She explained that they were all focusing on their own projects but if they were to go on tour that she, Beyoncé and Michelle would want to keep it a 'surprise' for fans.

"Everybody’s supportive of each other’s personal ventures right now.

"If it were to happen, I would want it to be a surprise… I feel like we know so much now."
