Paul Pogba responds to claims he's faking injury to force transfer away from Man Utd

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has taken to Instagram to shoot down claims he's faking the severity of his ankle injury to force through a move to Real Madrid.

Reports from Spain emerged on Monday that the World Cup winner was hoping to secure a move to the La Liga giants in the upcoming transfer window and was unwilling to play for the Red Devils until then.

The former Juventus star has been out since aggravating a long-standing ankle injury in a 1-1 draw at home to Arsenal in the Premier League at the end of September.

The 26-year-old has not been shy in sharing clips of his recovery on his social media site, with Pogba posting videos of him training by himself in Dubai and Miami in recent weeks.

And after the claims were made in the Spanish press he was 'faking' his injury, it was no surprise the French international took to social media to hit back at the reports.
