Harvey Weinstein’s brother had said his sibling belongs in hell before comparing him to OJ Simpson.
In emails, written to the rapist, 67, as he was in rehab for s.e.x addiction, Bob Weinstein blasted: “F*** u Harvey Weinstein. I pray there is a real hell. That’s where u belong.”
The details emerged in court papers that were unsealed ahead of his scheduled sentencing tomorrow in Manhattan Supreme Court.
The documents revealed how Bob, who found Miramax Films with his sibling, wrote: “I suppose being you, is its own hell if u could feel it, but no chance. OJ didn’t kill Nicole Simpson and u had consensual s.e.x with all those poor victimised women.”
The emails were sent on November 2, 2017.
Bob continued his attack saying the number of his brother’s accusers was “up to 82” and called his sibling “world-class in that area.”
“U deserve a lifetime achievement award for the sheer savagery and immorality and inhumanness, for the acts u have perpetrated,” he wrote.
In another email, Bob, 65, called his older brother a “pathological” liar, saying, “Sure all those 82 women had nothing better to do than have consensual s.e.x with, u, and then out themselves and accuse u for s.e.x.u.a.l abuse.”
He went on to accused his sibling 67, of being “delusional” and “surprised that people are angry at you.”
“What did u ever do wrong, except bully and abuse people in your whole life and now say c*** like everyone makes mistakes,” Bob wrote.
“U have hurt, so many innocent women, your family, mine, me, your former employee, disgraced the name, Weinstein. The saddest part of all this is that u will rationalise, minimise and compartmentalise, it all away.”
Weinstein’s legal team have pleaded with a judge to sentence the rapist to five years in prison fearing he may die behind bars if longer.
The disgraced movie mogul was last month found guilty of third-degree r.a.p.e and a first-degree criminal s.e.x act, following a four week trial in Manhattan.
