World fastest bird reportedly killed in Delta State after ''flying into Nigeria from Finland"

A Peregrine falcon believed to be the world's fastest bird has been killed in Nigeria, Delta State.

The bird is believed to have flown into Nigeria from Finland. It was reportedly killed in Ofagbe town, Delta state.

According to a social media user who shared the photos, a tag which was seen on the bird’s leg revealed it was from a Finland museum.

“This peregrine falcon was killed in a town called Ofagbe in Delta State. The bird flew all the way from Finland to Delta State as the tag on the bird read ” Museum 200L Helsinki Finland” he tweeted.
