Suspected yahoo boys seen spraying money into river as they chant [Video]

Some youths suspected to be fraudsters, 'Yahoo boys'  were spotted throwing money inside a river in a new video making rounds on social media. 

Many believed the act is fetish related as they could be seen chanting and spraying cash while taking turns to wash their faces with the water.
